Built by somebody who kept breaking his own rules.

The trade that started this was a winner. Third trade of the day, against a rule that said two, taken twenty minutes after a stop out. It paid. It paid well enough that the same trade happened again the following week, and the week after that, and by the end of the month the rule had quietly stopped existing.

Every journal on the market would have shown that month as green. That is the problem this product is built around: profit is the wrong scoreboard for a habit, because it rewards the behaviour that eventually ends the account.

So Traily scores the other thing

You write your own rules. You clear them on a checklist before you enter, so the verdict exists before the result does. Every trade ends up in one of three states — cleared, broke a rule, or never gated — and the streak, the day colours and half the analytics are built on that rather than on money.

The journal underneath is a real journal: filters, saved views, exports, expectancy, excursion, a weekly review, a comparison tool, a calendar, a notebook and a playbook. None of that is unusual. The unusual part is that every row in it knows what you promised beforehand.

Where money is not allowed

Traily has a money layer and it ships switched off. Even when you turn it on, it stays in your own journal and it is permanently banned from four places:

• Your buddy and your team never see an amount, a result or a win rate
• Your streak, your day colours and your compliance are never touched by it
• Your levels and certificates never carry a figure
• There is no connection to your broker or your bank, so there is nothing to leak

Those are not settings. They are decisions, written down, and they are the reason you can hand somebody a view of your discipline without handing them your account.

Who is behind it

Traily is made in Utrecht by MD Webbureau V.O.F., a small Dutch company, and it is currently free while it is being built. Most of what is in it started as somebody's message in the Discord — the multi-file CSV import, the team board, the honest question in the morning check in. If something in it annoys you, that is the place to say so.

What it is not

It is not a broker, it does not execute anything, it gives no advice and it makes no claim that using it will make you money. It is a place to write down what you intend to do and find out how often you do it.
